3D printing services for New Jersey businesses

Make it part of how you work.

The right equipment. The support to use it. A partner when you need something made.

DDA helps your business choose, set up, and maintain fabrication equipment—or develop the parts, prototypes, and models you need us to make.

Talk through your next move

Your equipment. Our technical support.

Keep your team making.

Whether you print product prototypes, replacement components, or short production runs, your team needs equipment it can rely on. Get help choosing a printer, setting it up, or diagnosing the faults that keep interrupting a job.

Explore equipment setup & support

One machine, a growing print operation, or a mixed fabrication workshop.

01

Choose equipment for your parts.

Compare equipment against your part sizes, materials, workload, and budget. Get help with sourcing, accessories, and what the space needs before you commit to a purchase.

Part size, material, production volume, and budget guide the choice.

02

Get your team up and running.

Assembly, configuration, calibration, and operator guidance around your actual equipment. Work through file preparation, settings, and routine care, with an agreed test job to check the setup.

Practice preparing a file, starting a print, and routine machine care.

03

Resolve faults. Plan the upkeep.

Diagnose recurring faults, address wear, and plan maintenance around how you use the equipment. When a machine becomes a repeated problem, weigh repair, upgrades, and replacement.

Recurring clogs, failed calibration, and power faults are starting points.

Made for the job

You need the part.
We can make it.

Not every project calls for buying equipment. Bring a sample, a sketch, a file, or a description. We can help develop the design and choose a practical way to produce it.

Develop & test

Get an idea into your hands.

Check an enclosure’s fit, review a product prototype, or put a scale model in front of a client. Use what you learn from the first version to refine the next.

Repair & adapt

Make the piece you cannot find.

Replace an unavailable component, adapt a mount, or develop a fixture for a repeated task. Start with the original part, its dimensions, and what it needs to withstand.

Repeat & supply

Make the quantity you need.

Order a short run of adapters, custom components, or models without setting up your own production equipment. Agree on the material, finish, and quantity before fabrication.

The process follows the problem. CAD, scanning, 3D printing, and other fabrication methods can work together. You do not need to pick the technology before getting in touch.

Business projects

Different businesses.
Hands-on problem solving.

Specialty fabrication / Equipment recovery

Recovering a large-format resin printer.

A specialty fabrication business had a large-format resin printer with power and lighting faults. DDA traced the problems through the electrical components, coordinated replacement parts with the manufacturer, and recovered the machine.

Product development / Design iteration

Reworking an air-filter prototype.

Prototype feedback exposed design and manufacturing constraints in an air-filter project. DDA worked through revisions, assessed the limits of FDM printing, and recommended material and process changes for the next version.

Racing / Small-batch parts

Iterating RC racing spindle adapters.

An RC racing business needed wheel spindle adapters in multiple sets. DDA produced the first set, revised the design, and made subsequent sets.

Start where you are

What is holding the work up?

A room of idle machines, a purchase you are weighing, or an unusual part nobody lists. Tell us what needs to happen—even if it crosses several services.

Start a conversation

A useful first message

Share the machine models, what is going wrong, your location, and any timing that matters. For several machines, a simple equipment list helps.

Only know the goal? Start with that. We will work out what else is needed.

For new equipment, share what you want to make and your budget. For fabrication, share the intended use and quantity. A short description works for anything else.

Before we begin

A few practical questions.

Working with businesses across New Jersey. Share your location so we can discuss the right service arrangement.

Can you help us decide whether to buy equipment or outsource?

Yes. Start with what you need to make, expected quantities, how often the work repeats, and who would run the equipment. We can discuss the practical tradeoffs, including setup, training, and upkeep.

Can you support different printer brands in one workshop?

DDA has experience with FDM and resin printers across current, legacy, and custom machines. Share your equipment list and the issues involved so we can confirm the scope. Laser and other fabrication equipment are worth discussing too.

Do you offer maintenance and on-site support?

We can discuss planned maintenance and on-site work based on your location, equipment, and needs. Visit frequency, tasks, parts, and any follow-up support are agreed as part of the scope.

Do we need a finished CAD file?

No. A sketch, sample, broken part, or description can start the conversation. Producing a working part may require measurements, CAD development, and prototype checks before making the final quantity.

What will it cost, and how long will it take?

That depends on the equipment or part, the work involved, materials or replacement components, quantity, and location. Share your deadline early so feasibility, scope, cost, and timing can be discussed together.
